What’s Happening In Social Media

Facebook wants you to vote.

Facebook has officially launched its US 2020 Voting Information Center.

Facebook’s goal is to help 4 million people register to vote using their one stop shop Voting Information Center rolled out on Facebook and Instagram. The online Information Center will provide tools and information to help users navigate election season. The platform provides options to see if you’re registered, and links to register if you’re not! It will also provide information about voting in your area to help streamline the process given the many changes that come with a pandemic.

HOW DO I ACCESS IT?

Directly from the menu option on Facebook and Instagram.

Facebook has provided a video to show you how.

Something To Pay Attention To

E-Commerce.

WHAT’S THAT?

The electronic commerce, the buying and selling of goods online.

WHY SHOULD I PAY ATTENTION?

If you’re a business owner, brand, product distributor, etc. etc., your online presence matters now more than ever before.

Since the pandemic, online shopping has seen an increase of 49% from March to April of 2020.

According to the e-commerce guide It’s estimated that by 2040, 95% of all shopping will be done online.

Reasons? Convenience.

From this guide, we’ve pulled a few key factors for you to think about when creating and/or improving your e-commerce presence:

BE SMARTPHONE FRIENDLY:

51% of purchasers are buying from their smartphones.

FREE SHIPPING CAN MAKE FOR MORE $ALE$:

People are more likely to spend if they are provided with free shipping. FREE is still the greatest word in marketing. Use it where you can afford it and where it matters - SHIPPING.

AESTHETICS MATTER:

93% of online shoppers said that visual appearance influences their buying behaviors.

KEEP YOUR RETURN PROCESSES FAST AND EASY:

An estimated 80% of online shoppers are swayed by the ease (or lack thereof) of return policies. They are more likely to purchase something that - if they don’t like it - can easily be returned.

GET ON FACEBOOK!!!

85% of social media purchases come from Facebook.

Mobile, Ease, Beauty, Social.

Did you know?

Followers aren’t everything.

96%

of social media users who talk about a brand on social media, don’t even follow the brand account.

Check your analytics, pay attention to your DM’s, share, create value, etc. There’s a much broader picture to your business than the followers.

What’s Trending?

Drake , because Drake.
